Very nice , calm and cosy house. We and our two sons had a wonderful time in Kees and Caroline's home. We stayed for 1 week. The house is very well located, close to Leiden center, the Hortus Botanicus and the museums. The property is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable, with a beautiful garden. Our hosts Kees and Caroline are the most friendly and kind people. They make sure that you have everything you need for a great vacation. We will go back there for sure.

We had a fantastic week at Caroline and Kees house, we would highly recommend it. It is beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. We immediately felt at home and found everything as described. The beautiful garden right on the canal are an added bonus. Leiden is a gorgeous, beautiful city and the house is only a few minutes walk from the centre. There is plenty to do and it's a great base for the beaches and nearby cities like Amsterdam. Everything you need, including shops, bike rental are close by.

Wir waren mit drei Kindern für eine Woche in Kees' und Carolines Haus in Leiden. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein Traum und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Eine tolle Stadt von der aus man die anderen,ebenfalls sehr schönen Städte wie Den Haag,Haarlem und Amsterdam innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreicht aber auch in nur 15 Minuten in Katwijk und Noordwijk am Strand ist, wo es ebenfalls toll ist.

Der Kontakt mit Kees war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles war vorhanden und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Garten kann man gut sitzen und bei schönem Wetter draußen essen, er grenzt direkt an einen kleinen Kanal. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im schönen Zentrum, auch der tägliche Einkauf kann per Rad erledigt werden. Für uns war es eine tolle Zeit in Leiden. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Beautiful place! The pictures don't do it justice. The house and garden are so lovely. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have bikes to get around Leiden. Checking in was very easy and Kees was flexible with our check out time. He responded very quickly to text when I had a question. All in all, a wonderful experience. I hope to return and stay again!
