I have to say the Airbnb looked great inside, we loved the open loft, bathtub in the bedroom and the high spec kitchen. However, the noise was excessive during our stay, the bed is right up against the single glazed windows and it sounds as though you are on the street. It was very difficult to sleep at night as the sound from mopeds & people going past late into the night disrupted the sleep. It's a shame that the loft hadn't been designed where the bedroom was on the lounge side of the property as this backed onto a much quieter area. This was a huge downside for us and didn't make it worth the money we had paid. I hope the owner can do something in future to resolve the noise issue as the interior is spectacular.

Beautifully designed flat with great amenities (dishwasher, access to washing machine/dryer, two TVs, good Wi-Fi). Looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and also comfortable. Easy to walk to all that Leiden has to offer. As other reviewers have said, the street noise is loud at night especially cyclists talking or shouting to each other, scooters and people who are drunk walking home, but I brought wax ear plugs with me and that helped a lot, so I recommend the same. Communication with Evi was easy and she is very responsive.

This was our second stay at the loft. It's the perfect location for exploring Leiden, everything is walkable. Evi is friendly and helpful, quick to respond and offered flexible check out which I was great. Full kitchen if you want to cook but limited supplies in terms of store cupboard items. Lots to restaurants and delivery options in the area.

Loved our stay at the loft. Kitchen was well stocked for eating breakfasts at home. Location is really great - restaurants nearby and easy transport to Central. Loved the design details maintaining the historic feel of the building. Shower is great with good pressure! Bath might require a snorkel, it was huge! Absolutely amazing stay for our two weeks. We did find the neighborhood to be a touch loud but it was a fair trade off for the great location.
