The home is brand new. Everything was super clean and modern. The home is steps to the boardwalk which was perfect for my teenagers who went every day. We watched fireworks from the rooftop and ate Al fresco several evenings up there. Bryana was a wonderful host and got us an item we needed in record time! There are 4 levels to the home which allowed us some space since we were 3 families. The first level is the entrance level which we used for all our beach stuff but the house had chairs and even kayaks. We had one person with a bad back and she switched beds. Some beds are regular and others memory foam. Next time we want a Seaside boardwalk vaca we will be back!

DuPont Dunes is situated in a great location, steps away from the boardwalk and main beach entry. It is a stunning unit, which gives each of the bedroom / bathroom combination good privacy. Apart from being immaculate, there are very thoughtful special touches - board games, a kayak, dartboard, beach chairs, passes, a beach wagon, 4 gorgeous outside spaces, one with its own outside shower, a lovely recreation room, tv’s in all the rooms, a garage, grocery bags, a lovely little grill for bbq’s, Wi-Fi, many more. I think we spent more time inside the unit than out! The host was extremely professional, very communicative and helped guide our stay. We will already be booking for our next holiday - without a doubt in my mind! Thanx Bryana, very special holiday for our family.

Myself and group of 8 friends had an amazing stay! The house was perfect and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was brand new and the decor was beautiful. The location was super convenient to the beach and boardwalk (1 block) with lots of restaurants. Bryana communicated well to ensure our check in and stay was seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend especially for groups.
