Las fotos del airbnb no hace justicia al patio que tiene, es muy grande y bonito, está ubicado en una buena zona, el personal es muy atento y te dan un trato espectacular. Lo malo es que al parecer tienen problemas con los baños, ya que no funcionan adecuadamente, y el patio estaba inundado de agua, ya que en el fin de semana llovió bastante y el patio no tiene una manera de drenar el agua, así que, el principal atractivo del airbnb quedó opacado por la situación del agua. Había tanta agua acumulada que en varias partes podías ver renacuajos. Volvería al airbnb sin duda solo si las terrenas tiene más de 2-3 semanas que no llueva fuerte, ya que el patio es excelente para personas que quieren disfrutar del airbnb y anden con mascotas. Pero si llueve puede causar problemas.

Our stay at this Airbnb had its highs and lows. The house was charming, and the host was friendly and responsive. Not to mention they even added outdooring lighting to the backyard upon request! However, we faced challenges like indoor/backyard flooding, occasional toilet issues, and wasp nests. The host promptly moved us to a better location at no extra cost, which we appreciated. Overall, with more improvements in maintenance, this Airbnb could be a great spot for future guests.

I must say that we TRULY enjoyed this house! Plenty of space, big yard, beautiful pool and great location. We were 2 families (6 people total) and we had plenty of space. The kids loved it! The outside area was great for BBQ (charcoal) and offered a large area to dine and lounge, this was my favorite area. Its private and has an abundance of beautiful trees and flowers. From the house its a 2-3 min walk to the main street with many stores, restaurants and bars. Its approximately 5-6 min walk to the closest beach, with kids! ;). We did have an isolated issue with the water, however the host and is property manager were always available and quickly resolved all issues. We were extremely impressed by their response time. I must give credit and recognition to Yeison, the young man who managed this property! What an amazing individual. Always available when needed and ready to help and assist. He is a true professional. Overall, LOVED this place and was very sad to leave!

We had a lot of issues and it ruined most of our Christmas weekend. The house is old but has a great outdoor area. It is located close to the center of town but has a narrow access road leading to the house. The gate to the property is also tight and it has only two parking spots inside. Host is a rental company which created a whats app group to communicate and support. Although host was trying to solve the many issues, new or same issues continued to impact our stay. Example: Not working AC units, No electricity, No water (all separate back to back issues during the first evening). Next morning we woke up again without water. As they were not able to fix it, they eventually (afternoon) offered to move us to a different villa 5 minutes away. This worked and was a good villa but was already late in our stay and only for one night (including hassle of moving). Also, please note the host is asking for a deposit of 300 usd cash upon arrival for electricity charges.

Excelentes atenciones de los anfitriones, gracias especiales a Yeison por la pronta respuesta y disposición. Los únicos puntos de mejora que entiendo son necesarios: actualizar la ubicación en el mapa de la aplicación, ya que te manda a una ubicación que no es y por último, iluminar el área de la piscina y todo el lugar en los alrededores dentro de la villa con lámparas que estén siempre encendidas, ya que es muy grande pero de noche solo hay luces en la misma casa pero todo el alrededor está completamente a oscuras, lo cual entiendo podría ser un peligro (aunque sea un lugar tranquilo, resulta intimidante que este todo oscuro en la noche) parte de eso, todo perfecto!
