Spend time in this true period home with relaxing surroundings. Wide parking on almost 2 acres lot. With detached carport. New quartz kitchen countertops. Screened-in front porch. Plenty of closet spaces. 2 main living areas, large sunroom, screened-in front porch on 1st level. There's a small living area on 2nd level, a covered side porch going to carport. Apple trees at the back of the property. Experience the history, quaintness, distinctive architecture & charm that you don't see anymore in newer builds. Wifi internet connection. TV streaming only. No cable TV subscription. Some portions of the property are not fenced. We are still trying to correct possible encroachment by neighbors on 2 sides (carport side& front side).

Step back in time, but have all of the modern amenities to make your stay easy. Fully equipped kitchen, modern washer and dryer, 2 living rooms, large dining room, huge yard. Three full baths and the laundry is also a half bath. Linens are very nice. Every day dishes or have a party on fine china. Large screen television for those who want it. This home is a little ways from Reno in Paris, Texas. But there are two local restaurants open for lunch within walking distance and we went into town for dinner in Paris and found that to be doable. If we were going to this area would be happy to stay here again with a large family.

What an amazing weekend at this gorgeous large home. From the moment you walk in, you are surrounded by beauty and class from days gone by. The history stepping on the beautifully restored hardwood floors. The stories they could tell. So warm and comfortable with everything you could possibly need! We had events to go to but left those early to come back to our beautiful weekend estate. Susie, our host was amazing in every way. Had a small issue with tv channels on one tv and she was there in a flash to hook up her personal wifi for us to be able to enjoy. Beds, showers were all spotless and extremely comfortable. A quiet and beautiful home that’s hard to leave! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dan's Shed is on the corner of US Highway 82 and Faucett St. There's a sign: To Pattonville , that is Faucett St. The house is down at the end of Faucett St. The house is on a cul-de-sac. The entrance is a small white wooden gate near the mailbox. There's a separate gate for the carport. On the other side of the fence, is another gate for extra parking on the almost 2 acres property.

From Paris Texas, exit to U.S. Highway 82 going to Reno.Around 7 miles is Blossom, Texas. A few feet from Blossom Elementary School, exit right to Faucett St. There's a sign: To Pattonville ,that's Faucett St. Dan's Shed is on the corner as you turn right to Faucett St. A few feet from Dan's Shed is the Blossom Civic Center and Museum. Go straight down to Faucett Street until you reach the cul de sac or dead end. The house has a gated entrance & white wooden fence. Near the mailbox, is a small gate leading to a pathway & entrance to the house. There is a separate side gate to the carport. There is another gate on the other side of the fence for extra parking on the 2 acres lot.
