Host did not inform me one of the bathroom was not working until I was on my way to his place. I have to text him to get key code to enter his house. He should have inform me earlier about the problem. Also, fridge was not cold and we have to use the freezer to store our food . one of the fan was not working in the bedroom. and pots and pans are very old. at least more than 20 indoor cameras was inside the house. very uncomfortable was being watched by someone at all time.

Very accommodating and responsive. There was an incident with the plumbing due to a full house but he had it handled swiftly. I appreciated the communication and it was a good stay for my crew.

This home was the perfect home with the perfect amount of space and location to all things. Just what we needed. Home was extremely spacious and clean. The bathrooms are updated and modern. Everything was just as expected. Jefferson is the best host ever. Friendly, always available, and always eager to help. I can’t wait to book his place again as soon as I head back to Florida, this will be my first stop.

We occupied this house for more than 5 days. Being a group of 9 is not easy, but the big space in this house was very convenient. Three out of five rooms has it's own private bathroom and refrigerator. It also has a great patio with a big grill which is simple to use. There's a big TV in the main room, although you might need to have a Netflix/Roku account. Initially, we contacted the owner because we needed some extra things and he was kind enough to send it to us the next day. Jefferson has answered all of our messages and he's open to suggestions and recommendations. We were travelling with kids and finding a small playground right around the corner was relieving. There's another park called Quiet Water Park that's 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is peaceful enough to walk around at night, too. All in all, we would recommend this house for your next visit to Deerfield Beach.
