A minimalist 1 bedroom cottage, enjoy a pleasant stay for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is bright and spacious with an open planned living kitchen area. A sofa bed is available in the living room to double up as an extra bedroom should you require for four guests. Only a seven minute drive to Gatwick Airport, perfect for layovers or business trips. Near by is Copthorne golf club, Lingfield Racecourse, East Grinstead/ Crawley town and more. Follow on socials: @GroveAnnex This lovely hidden gem is situated just seven minutes from Gatwick. Nestled on private ground with off street parking is this Quaint Cottage which can host up to 4 guests Upon entering the cottage from the private parking area you are greeted by the open plan front room/ kitchen The cosy living room has space to sit relax and dine. The sofa also folds out to allow 2 guests to sleep The open plan kitchen is bright and spacious and fully equipped. Leading into the bedroom you have a large bright room with double bed and TV to keep you entertained. From here you have the clean and simple bathroom with shower and all required facility’s The cottage is a short drive from two local towns (East Grinstead & Crawley) where you will find a vast array of supermarkets, shopping outlets bars and restaurants.

Perfect distance to Gatwick airport! Worked so well for us with an early flight with two young kids to stay there the night before. Easy check in and a lovely space with great amenities!
The interior of the Annex is very smart and modern. Entrance direct into the kitchen/dining/lounge with small table, TV and sofa bed. Door to close off the bathroom (shower, basin and toilet). Door to the bedroom with second TV. The two TVs were on line only and we did not have our internet login details with us. So we watched BBC iPlayer via my laptop (saved passwords) using the house the wifi (50Mbps). Next time I will take an HDMI cable and use the TV as a monitor for my laptop. Heated towel rail in the bathroom and electric convector wall heaters warm the bedroom and lounge pretty quickly. The double glazing does a pretty good job of quelling the traffic noise from the busy main road right outside the entrance to the large forecourt.
We were all exhausted after a long day of travel and unexpected problems that needed solving before we could go to bed and so showing up to this Airbnb was a lifesaver. We all slept so good and made it out early enough to catch our flight at the gatwick airport which was only 7 mins away 🙌🏼 it was easy to get in based off the instructions we were given and it was exactly what we wanted for our trip.
The place was really good to live in and exactly as described in the description. The beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything that’s needed for a good stay. The host Roshon and her husband are very responsive and helped us get in when we needed help. We will definitely come back next time when opportunity presents.
Unfortunately, this is not a picturesque lodge as described. The driveway was hard to locate as the house sign was faint and the driveway was more like hardcore. There was lots of rubbish down the side of the property and Unfortunately it needs a deep clean: skirtening boards, behind the toilet, behind funiture. There were notable long balck haira which stuck to both my husbands and childs body. The hosts were accommodating and helpful however, the property needs a deep clean and staged like the photos as it did not look like the photos.
