The host was very responsive and gave proper instructions to the stay. Checkin and checkout times were flexible according to the availability if we inform the host in prior. I am not sure about other rooms, but the room we stayed in the basement was very cold and a bit of smelly. Also the Geaser was not heating up quickly , only 1 person was able to bath with hot water,the other has to use cold water which is freezing. Host has to take care of these 2things
