We thank our host very much. The house was architecturally very interesting, full of history, we are very thankful.

Unfortunately out of 12 years on airbnb this is the 2nd ive had a weird experience: At 1st everything was going smoothly, Dimitris was very detailed with all instructions for arrival, and around the house. We felt welcomed. But right after we’ve had a family emergency that forced us to leave the island immediately. Taking into consideration we left the house untouched we’ve asked the host to consider a partial reimbursement. At 1st the host kindly accepted, we’ve agreed on the amount, but then weird things started: host was claiming to accept the reimbursement demand, and asking as to cancel asap, and this is what we did. But when ive reached airbnb support they’ve said that money were held up technically and they needed host’s confirmation, ive informed host on the whats app about all this, which he was happy to hear. And then fully rejected any reimbursement to airbnb support team, with any explanation or any message to us.

What a gorgeous place! We loved staying at this flat in Volissos (lovely village)! The house is comfortable, clean, quiet and private. We felt right at home at our five night stay. Dimitris was a great host too, very communicative, kind and helpful. Greatly recommended!!
