The perfect Spring Getaway! Kick back and relax in this cozy home, a short 2 minute walk away from our private community beach! Mile long beach = walking, beach combing, fossil hunting! This is the perfect indoor/outdoor beach house with: - a comfortable and stylish indoor living space - a big screened in porch for chilling - a covered porch for BBQ nights - a lounging area for sunbathing The house is set only minutes away from Solomon's Island, Calvert Cliff's State Park and so much more! This cozy home is 1300 sq feet of comfort! ENTRANCE: You'll come in to a small entrance with a closet that has pickleball sets ready for you if you wish to play at the Cove Point Park. LIVING ROOM: Then you'll walk into the living room. That's where you'll find the WIFI password! The two sofas and chair provides a comfortable space for up to 6 people to watch your favorite series on the 55 inch TV. The coffee table is where you'll find the board games. You will find blankets for the living room, but also big waterproof blankets for the beach! This room is home to a small collection of our shark teeth! Look at them, but please dont touch ;) From the living room, you can exit into the screened porch. KITCHEN: From the living room, you'll end up in the small but practical galley kitchen. It's got all the basics you'll need: plates and bowls, silverware, indoor and outdoor glasses, knives, etc. Oven, cooktop, microwave (no plate), sink, refrigerator. There is a small dishwasher but we don't allow guests to use it. From the kitchen, you can exit into the screened in porch. DINING ROOM: The kitchen is open to the dining room and between the two you'll find a bar height countertop with two stools and local brochures. You'll also find the coffee and breakfast area! There you'll find a Keurig coffee maker, all the makings of a good coffee (turbinado sugar, cinnamon, cacao, syrups, monk fruit sugar...), cups, a frother, the Nutri Bullet and the toaster. Under the coffee machine, behind the door, is an array of K-Cups for you to choose from! The dining room itself has a 6 people dining table and chairs. BEDROOM 1: This bedroom is accessible from the dining room and from the entrance. It has a King size bed. In the closet, you'll find the washer/dryer combo unit. BATHROOM: The bathroom is in the hallway between the living room and the dining room. It's a small yet practical space! The shower is equipped with a water saving showerhead, toilet and faucet. In the shower, you'll find shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. LOFT: The loft space is accessible using the mini stairwell across from the bathroom. This is a very cute and comfortable space! The stairs land in the middle of the space which separate the long room into two open spaces. One has a Queen bed, the other has two Twin beds. SCREENED PORCH: This is one of our favorite places in the house! With two accesses from the house and two accesses to outside, it's easy in, easy out! It has a seating set for 6 and two hammock chairs that just scream relaxation! There's a retractable clothes line to hang the beach towels when you come back from the beach! OUTDOOR SHOWER: Right off the screened porch, there's an enclosed outdoor shower. It's private and comfortable, so we encourage you to use it for your daily shower since it's so much bigger than the one in the house! Plus it helps in a water conscious house! The enclosure is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Make sure to use the shower to rinse the sand off before going in the house! COVERED PORCH: This room is multipurposed! It's the best place to be outside but stay cool with the fans on! This is where you'll BBQ, eat outside at the table for 6, hang clothes to dry, but most of all... just chill in the hammock!
