Stayed here with a big family. Lots of room for everyone and was clean when we arrived. Great friendly host that was easy to work with and presented easy instructions to follow. Would recommend for a large home base for your Colorado trip!
We had a family wedding and needed alot of space and this place was exactly perfect for all of us. Clean and space for everyone. Would stay again.
Great host who communicated well and there was minimal follow up. They provided easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. The place was clean and well maintained which felt like home away from home. My group felt well taken care of especially for a large group. Cheers!
The house was adequate, although I would not plan to cook a meal there, as the cookware was limited, and what was there was pretty scratched up. Not enough wash cloths for the amount of people the house fits. Limited supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. I would not consider this a I had planned to cook Easter dinner there, and was not able to based on the limited cookware.
Pros: It was in a great location for our needs, was very clean, felt safe, and had plenty of comfy beds. Our host was extreamly responsive and happy to assist Cons: This house is absolutely fine, but might not be okay for certain groups. Fire alarms were missing in at least two bedrooms (master and basement). Basement bedrooms were cold, bright (needed curtains), and isolated. This would not have worked for a family with small children. Two of my teens slept with me in the master bedroom because they were uncomfortable in the basement. Consequently it felt like we paid for a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick breakfast and a cup of coffee. Do not plan to cook a big dinner here. The kitchen has limited pots, pans, and teaspoons. The home is a hodge podge of carpentry errors, and oversights. This is an esthetic observation for those who care. The toilets were fussy, and the basement toilet runs. The house is big and clean, just not perfect.
