Newly refurbished 3 bedrom first floor apartment which sleeps 7 + cot bed available in the heart of the coastal town of Portaferry. One of the double rooms has balcony views of Strangford Lough, Portico of Ards and the Windmill Hill. New kitchen, bathroom, floors and fully furnished to a high standard.

Lovely modern apartment. Colm kept in touch well and was a great host. He provided a welcome pack, milk etc and lovely fluffy towels. Comfy beds, good heating and all facilities were spot on. We had a great stay, and will do so again!
We had a lovely stay at Colm's apartment in Portaferry. It's very central, beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Colm was also a great host with excellent communication skills. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment and hope to return in the future.
What a beautiful place. Spotless, stocked with everything you could think of and very thoughtful welcome basket of extras. Highly recommend to group of friends and families alike
We stayed just one night at saltrock and it was fab! We needed to check in a bit earlier due to an event booking and Colm was happy to help. He gave options as to how to collect the key to the apartment and was very friendly online and in person. The apartment was gorgeous and exactly as described. We particularly appreciated the goodie box in the kitchen given we were only staying the one evening,it definitely helped! Beds were super comfy and we all slept well. Would recommend and would definitely return

Town square apartment with lots of amenities within walking distance. Beautiful coastal walks, castles, restaurants, aquarium , parks all within the neighbourhood. Outstanding views of Strangford Lough and locations used in ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Bloodlands’. Ferry boat runs every 15 mins to and from Portaferry/Strangford.
Golf courses, equestrian centres, distilleries, sailing tours available in surrounding area. A perfect base to explore the Ards Peninsula, Downpatrick and the Mourne Mountains.
Central location with parking available in town centre and in ‘Meeting House Street’ car park.
