位置稍微有一点偏，但是屋子很好，房东人也非常不错。退房的时候我们记错时间了，房东也没说太多。

It was a nice and cosy stay. Our room, the kitchen and all the facilities were tide and clean.

The room is a lot smaller than the picture shows and the ceiling fan didn't work so it was so hot and stuffy. It was covered in dust so can't imagine it's worked for a long time. The bed was also VERY uncomfy. It was so noisy to the point every time my partner turned over it woke us both up. Didn't have a good nights sleep for our whole stay. The toilet also didn't have a lock on it. For the money you pay it's ok value but some things really did lack which you think would be a basic. Needs a bit of an update

Hampton was a very friendly and helpful host, we really enjoyed our stay. Couple of things, it would be great to have designated spaces for each room’s food in the kitchen, we had ours taken a couple of times by other guests despite keeping it away from the shared cupboard. The location is a little out of the way but there is good public transport nearby. Overall a great stay, thank you Hampton!

This place was perfect and Hampton was a superhost! He was super accommodating, kind, and easy to communicate with. My partner and I were visiting Melbourne for two weeks and the location was awesome!Hampton place is about a 10 minute walk away from the train which takes you anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay here again :)
