From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home at Cathy’s. It is one of the best stocked Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. There were floaties for the pool, a cooler to use when we were out and about, lots of towels and blankets, a well stocked kitchen, snacks, bottled water, and so much more. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the outdoor space was amazing! Cathy was also flexible with check in and check out times, which was much appreciated! We couldn’t have asked for a better house or host. Can’t wait to stay again!

Cathy’s place was absolutely perfect. The home was beautifully decorated, pristine and most of all cozy. Cathy left us a basket of treats, including bday candles and bday eye glasses for my Mom. The living room was so comfortable, it felt like home, down to the basket of throws, in case you catch a chill. Bedrooms were very relaxing. The beds were heavenly. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and fluffy towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The backyard was amazing. The pool was clean, we loved the water feature. Tons of outdoor seating. We enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fireplace in the evening. The yard is so pretty at night. The pool lights and flicking solar lights created a great ambiance. Even the blow up swan changed colors in the dark. I would be thrilled to stay in Cathy’s house again. She was a wonderful host and her attention to detail really made our stay memorable. A+ experience.

This place was amazing. Cathy was an awesome host. She had everything you could want or think of. She also was great at communicating. We love this place and plan on coming back.

My family had a wonderful stay. I appreciated the birthday cake that Cathy left for my celebration. We all loved the pool and outdoor spaces. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. I’ve recommended the house to friends that may visit the Phoenix area. I’d certainly book this listing again!!

This was the perfect space for our vacation! It fit 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) perfectly. The whole house is incredibly well equipped, everything you need is there. All the little extra things really make the house feel like home. You will absolutely never run out of towels! We’ve been to other rentals and been very happy with them, but this one is absolutely above and beyond. We will definitely be back again next year!
