Our home is located in central Simi Valley four minutes from one of the most popular shopping and dining areas Simi Valley has to offer. The neighborhood is very safe and rated as one of the safest small cities in the United States. The Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center is just down the street (walking distance) enjoy plays and live music every weekend. Next door is the El Capitan Mexican restaurant and our very own historical Green Acres Market. Both offer relaxing outdoor patio dining! Green Acres Market is known for their delicious smoked home cooked BBQ Tri-tip sandwiches, a fine selection of steaks, produce, seasonings and more. Ralph's Supermarket is just around the corner if you need groceries. Starbucks and Trader Joe's are less then four minutes away. Simi Valley Hospital is only five minutes away. Our Fire Station is one block away. If your hungry when you get to the house one of my favorite places to eat and relax is Beep's restaurant. A 1950's themed diner that serves loads of food at reasonable prices with a fun and family friendly atmosphere! Located at 2597 Sycamore St just four minutes away. There is a 8.5 mile black top bike, running, and bird watching path that runs along the Arroyo Simi Greenway. The entrance is only a couple minutes away from the house on Royal Ave. A very popular destination for our renters is The Vineyard Award Winning Wedding and Event Venue. It is 4.2 miles away from the house a short ten minute drive. Visit the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library just a few miles from our location. The Simi mountains are loaded with miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. A very popular sport in this area.
