Susan’s place was amazing! Exactly as described. The place was really clean and cozy. Extremely quiet and peaceful. The two pools were awesome for the hot TCI days. There’s a guidebook provided that has many recommended restaurants and excursions. I used the gym daily which was a plus! Susan was very accommodating and available for all questions. We had no issues during our stay with any of the property. I would love to stay again! 100% recommend staying at Susan’s place!

We spent 2 weeks here in early April. This is a beautiful condo that had all you need while away from home. The condo was very clean and quiet. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook breakfast and a few meals. Comfortable living room and patio furniture. Susan also makes sure you have all sorts of items to make your beach time enjoyable (beach chairs, umbrella, mask & snorkel gear, beach toys etc.). Wifi worked great. Adult pool was clean and we always had a lounge chair by the pool. There is a 2nd pool for kids & adults. We walked to the beach and restaurants. Great snorkelling at Smiths reef - saw lots of turtles. Central location for exploring the island. We rented a car to make getting around easier than relying on taxis. Overall, we recommend Susan’s place!!

We had an amazing stay at an amazing place. The condo is located in a great part of Providenciales and within walking distance to beautiful beaches, great snorkeling and great restaurants. Susan, the host, is very helpful and responsive. She offers recommendations on things to do, places to visit, grocery store options, best beaches etc. She is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. The condo itself is the perfect home away from home with all the necessary amenities. If you’re looking for a perfectly located and nicely appointed vacation property, look no further. This truly is the perfect place to enjoy all that TCI have to offer.
