We are just a mile away. Want to chill on a balcony in the trees with a mountain view and a fire pit? We got you. Come experience the luxurious Boho Haven and live life like an Asheville local. You have your own entrance, your own space, and your own private outdoor balcony. You may see us as you come and go and you may hear us occasionally, but the actual space is all yours.

Beautiful place and great location!
Kat and Benji’s place was absolutely gorgeous! Super close to downtown and beautifully decorated. It felt like we were in a newly renovated house in the trees and the view was incredible! The home was also incredibly clean and Kat and Benji were fantastic hosts! Thank you again!
Such a sublime place-just quietly living in the treetops for a few days, bird song, sunsets, super close to town but far enough above the city there was no noise. Perfect.
A wonderful location, beautifully appointed and attention to every detail. And comes with a sunset view from the private patio! What could be better?
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Kat & Benji’s apartment. In fact, it was perfect. So clean and cozy, full of light and surrounded by trees with a lovely view of the hills surrounding the neighborhood. We definitely felt like we were in our own little luxurious treehouse. It’s also convenient to everything you’ll want to do in Asheville. We used their restaurant and shopping recommendations. It was just wonderful. Thank you, Kat & Benji!

The house is perched on a hillside amid wooded backyards and low-traffic streets in a welcoming, safe neighborhood just over a mile and a half from the iconic Grove Park Inn. Downtown Asheville is a walk-able one mile or a quick $6 ride share, and even closer to several neighborhood watering holes, cafes, and restaurants. It's a rare urban gem where guests can walk to eateries yet still hear nothing but birds in the mornings. Come live the local life!
Easy access to all downtown amenities, Charlotte Street restaurants, and the Grove Park Inn. It's an easy 8 mile drive along a beautiful ridge top road straight to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Bring your bikes (and helmets!) if that's your thing - downtown is a quick ride from here. Or you can heel-toe it as well - a 5-10 minute walk yields multiple dining options, coffee houses, locally-made ice cream, and a wine shop. Walk another 5-10 minutes to the center of downtown Asheville. Uber/Lyfts are always another option, the ride to town is a mile so it's super-cheap. Ask us how to stay on quiet neighborhood streets and avoid some of the busier thoroughfares on the way downtown.

I am a native North Carolinian, raised in Charlotte and moved to the Appalachian Mountains in 1993. I have called Asheville home since 2003 and cannot imagine a more perfect place to live. My husband Benji and I are avid outdoor enthusiasts, always planning our next adventure on the river or in the woods. We are also just as happy tooling around town on our bikes, a favorite activity being tapas-hopping downtown for dinner - ask us about it! Why choose one restaurant in this foodie heaven when you can sample several in one night?? I have a passion for sharing this quirky little town with others - I am always happy to provide insider recommendations for food, beverage, outdoor adventure, and anything else you may need to know.
