AVOID!!! Generally not clean all over. Kitchen very basic, cigarette butt left next to bin so don’t think floor had even been cleaned. Fires extinguisher empty, fire blanket out date. Toilet seat moves when you sit on, extreme flickering light in toilet not fixed. No sink in toilet. Bathroom floor feels like you going to fall through, shower cubicle mouldy. Weird glass panel from bathroom into hallway so you can see through and see who’s in the shower. Worst thing was being woken up by mice scratching in our bedroom, when moved bedside table half eaten food behind with mouse droppings, food behind bed, seems that nothing gets pulled out . Left that room and slept in different bed, mouse dropping in that bed in morning. Mouse droppings found in bathroom in the morning. We were booked for 2 nights, but checked out day early as couldn’t stay there any longer. Took 7 days to get partial refund still awaiting the rest as can’t be expected to pay for a night that was disturbed my mice!!!

After having to wait an hour or 2 going through the process of receiving the link to pay for a damage waiver and then receiving the key code, the house itself was quite nice. It was freezing weather, but the property was lovely and warm The kitchen was clean but very basic, no cleaning materials or spare bin bags either The beds were amazing! Very comfy Clean shower room with good shower. Separate toilet with a toilet seat that wouldn’t stay up and a flickering/faulty light bulb On the whole a nice property for the price. We looked at staying there again even after 2 weeks but was booked out

Exactly what is described. Great place to stay centrally, and a great team to support you too. I had left an object and the team were happy to help to have this posted to my home address, can’t thank them enough. Would use again and recommend.
