This is quite rare now in Baguio City since it has become an urbanized city with big universities and malls. In our property you will enjoy the weather, the sound of birds and our landscaped garden and forest views. Once we finish the entire development of the property there will also be bonfire pits that you can use outdoor during good weather conditions. Internet: PLDT FIBER Wi-Fi speeds up to 300mbps, in a mesh system set up with standby LAN cables behind the Tv Toilet Amenities: Watercloset with bidet, lavatory with mirror, hot and cold pressurized shower and toilet paper rolls. Parking: Only 1 Free parking slot reserved for your car Food delivery: Grab & Food Panda, plus grab pabili and pandamart for groceries, necessities and other essential needs. Security: CCTVS are strategically placed for safety of all our guests and gates ae also locked at night. You will be provided a copy of the key to enter anytime you wish if you are going home late. No curfews in the property. Other Amenities: You may also rent a barbeque grill or a samgyupsal grill that may only exclusively used outdoors. Generator on standby for power interruptions to power the lights and water pump. Schedule: 7:30am to 11:30am and 5:30pm to 10pm.

Located in Baguio City's last frontier near protected Pine trees and watersheds, this is a residential neighborhood, located along a private road, with tire paths going to the property. This is one of the few areas wherein you may still experience the serene and peaceful Baguio City vibe of the early 80's while enjoying modern comfort. Don't worry if you need to go out and buy food or supplies to cook, a talipapa and mini town area is just 4minutes drive away, where all kinds of groceries, stores, meats, drinks and other essentials are readily available. A popular Thai restaurant Happy Tummy and several eateries are also just 2minutes away, near the airport access road.
If you are going to look for 24 hours restaurant go ahead and go to Ayala Technohub Camp John Hay, just 10minutes drive thru a scenic road filled with protected Pine trees or head on to Session road just 15minutes drive away.
If you decide to stay in and enjoy the property you may just book a grab or food panda delivery, or grab pabili and pandamart for other necessities other than food.
We recommend bringing a car incase you are going to move a lot and we have prepared 6 shared parking slots for all our guests, 1 slot is reserved for your studio. Please message us for parking rules prior to booking if bringing a car.
Grabtaxi is also available.
Incase you prefer to commute the jeepney line will be around 10 minutes walk depending on your pace, and will bring you directly to the center of the city. Taxis can be easily hailed as well from the jeepney stop going to the city center and back to our property. We also have taxis we can schedule to pick you up, just schedule ahead of time with our caretakers.
A motorcycle can also reach our property, just like the daily Taho vendor (kuya Benjie) who drops by every 8 in the morning.
Every time the airport is open (no flights or aircraft) you may cross walking or by car. Flights are usually Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays in the morning around 9-11am (arrival and departure).
Since we are in a private road, we built a concrete tire path going to our property, this ensures you make it to the property easier even on rainy days. *Happy to let you know that the concrete (cemented) tire path road and lights are already completed last March 9, 2024 for the convenience of all our guests.
