Ich habe schon in vielen Airbnbs rund um die Welt gewohnt und viele tolle Hosts gehabt - aber Giuseppe ist eine Klasse für sich. Ich bin mit Verspätung angekommen, und er hat bis 2 Uhr morgens auf mich gewartet. Dann stand ein Willkommenskorb in der Wohnung mit Wein, Spaghetti und Dingen für das Frühstück. Er hat alles wunderbar erklärt, und die Wohnung ist ein Traum - mit wunderschönem Blick in die umbrische Landschaft, einem Spabad zum Entspannen und einem schönen Garten mit Pool (den ich wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnte, aber er sah sehr schön aus). Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für das schöne Zuhause unterwegs.

Guiseppe's place was lovely to stay in over a two week period. It's spacious, private and in a beautiful setting. The villa has necessarily things for a short stay, but a supermarket within walking distance was helpful. He was very welcoming as were his family and were on hand to help with recommendations both local and elsewhere. Our daughter especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The WiFi was great if needed to work at home. Great location to use as a base to the many beautiful Umbrian cities.

Il nostro recente soggiorno in questo appartamento a Perugia ha superato le aspettative. L'appartamento è completamente accessoriato e include lussuose comodità come una spa con idromassaggio e doccia con bagno turco, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa esplorando. La posizione è ideale sia per esplorare la città che per avventurarsi nei dintorni. Giuseppe, il proprietario, è stato estremamente gentile e ha fornito preziosi consigli su cosa visitare, dove trovare i migliori ristoranti e trattorie e come sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo a Perugia; si è anche preoccupato di concordare degli sconti riservati ai suoi ospiti in esclusivi locali e negozi. Consigliamo caldamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e ricco di attenzioni come base per scoprire i tesori di Perugia e i suoi incantevoli dintorni.

Dit is een hele mooie plek in Perugia. Goed gelegen op een kleine afstand van het centrum of de snelweg. Ideaal voor als je Perugia in wilt gaan of de omgeving wilt bekijken! Het appartement is een mooie en koele ruimte waarin je heerlijk je gang kan gaan. Het heeft een fijne badkamer met o.a. jacuzzi en kan er zelf ook koken. Onze gastheer Giuseppe had ook een welkoms-cadeau voor ons klaargelegd waarmee we de eerste avond pasta konden maken. Giuseppe heeft ons heel goed ontvangen. Hij gaf gelijk een goede tour in het engels over hoe alles werkt. Ook heeft hij alle informatie in een bundel gezet zodat je altijd kan controleren hoe bijvoorbeeld de Jacuzzi werkt. Na de tour nam Giuseppe ons mee om een korte tour door Perugia te doen en vertelde over wat handige plekken zoals de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt, goedkoopste tankstation, beste parkeerplaats, bushaltes en meer. Verder heeft hij een samenwerking met winkels en restaurants waar je korting krijgt via een Gold Card. Goede host!
