Casa muito boa, acomodou a todos muito bem. Só acho que haviam poucas toalhas, somente as de banho, sem toalhas de rosto e chão. Fizeram falta, uma vez que viemos de longe e não tínhamos como trazer. Tbem acho que poderia revisar os colchões. Alguns um pouco antigos e desconfortáveis. De resto, comunicação foi ótima, condomínio muito bom, tranquilo. Casa muito boa mesmo. Se melhorar os itens que mencionei, ficará perfeito. Obrigado, até a próxima

The home was not as described. The photos don’t match. The beds were not that comfortable, and the rooms were very blah. The carpets were stained. There are holes all in the walls. Remotes were missing and/or didn’t work. The massage chair stole money as you have to pay to use it (we didn’t mind paying, but it ONLY recognized $1 bills so we didn’t get our money’s worth.) I took over 100 pictures of things that were wrong, because his email threatening to make you pay if you messed up anything made me worried I would be responsible for all the prior damage. It was really bad. You can tell they don’t value their property, as the “repair” jobs are very poorly maintained. We were sent an email the day before of the grill price ($40) and pool heater ($65 first day - $50 per day after) which is more than almost every other listing and more than what he offered the people 3 weeks prior to us. We only chose this listing because it DIDN’T charge for those options. Would not stay again.
