I have literally used AirBnB all over the world and this is my favorite stay! Sitting back from the sea coast, the house looks over its acreage to its pier and it’s rocky Sandy beach. There is so much open space we flew kites 🪁! We had 7 adults and 2 children under 8 and had plenty of room. The house is massive with nooks and crannies for everyone, ample beds and bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, fireplace, character and history galore! Jonathan is such a gracious and attentive host. The home is a true gem of the Cushing community and I couldn’t recommend it more!!

I’ll say right up front: if you’re looking for the predictably sterile Marriott or Embassy Suites experience, a stay at Chadwick House isn’t that. This is an antique gem, a home whose heart and soul are deeply rooted in many generations of family traditions and history. First, the views of the water from the house are incomparable. The house itself is spacious with multiple gathering areas, the expansive lawn, suitable for frisbee throwing with our golden retriever and pre-dinner games of bocce, rolls down to the waterfront with a dock and float, and the firepit down near the water’s edge was the perfect place to watch the sun set or gather after dinner for family story telling. There is a reason Jonathan is a designated Superhost. The rental paperwork was manageable, check in/out was easy, and Jonathan was always just a text away to answer our occasional question. Thank you, Jonathan, for all you did to ensure we had a memorable stay.

We stayed with Jonathan for four nights: myself, my two brothers, and our partners. We had plenty of space in this charming, private place. Good kitchen for cooking too. Jonathan was super helpful and communicative! Recommended!
