Sit on the deck that runs the length of the house and enjoy the harbor views, listen to the gentle waves roll on the shore. It is a lovely spot to dine outdoor with your family. A natural path takes you to the shore where you can launch a kayak or if you are brave, swim in the cool Maine water. When you walk in you will find a primary bedroom with a luxury ensuite bathroom on the first floor of the house. The sun comes up early on the East Coast in the summer, however, it is a sight to see. Sip coffee and watch the sunrise from the breakfast table in the well equipped kitchen. Find a small laundry room just off the kitchen as you walk towards the Great Room. This space offers a sunken living room with seating for everyone just below the formal dining room. Continue down the hall to find a guest bathroom, two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. On the second floor, a semi-divided bunk room that will sleep 4-6. This room also has an ensuite bathroom.
