My family & I booked with Samantha for our 2023 family thanksgiving getaway. Samantha was a such a pleasure & beyond attentive. Checking in was a breeze. Seeing the property in person exceeded what one sees in the pictures! The location is amazing. My family & I enjoyed the nature, the fire pit, as well as the hot tub! We hope to be back during the summer months!!

This was a wonderful getaway for our family - senior, adults, teens and a toddler. We were lucky enough to have great weather and gorgeous sunsets. The seal and otter were both playing right off the dock. It was central to Portland and Acadia so we were easily able to explore the whole coast.

We had such a great time with the place we booked an extra day. This was our tenth destination Thanksgiving trip with family getting together, and everyone agreed it was near or at the top. Plenty of things for the littles to do in the rec room, places to walk, hike, huge table for us to all have dinner together, and room for everyone to spread out when they needed. The cottage and hot tub were a super treat. Samantha was great to work with - super responsive, had everything in order, etc. It is a big property and has a funky layout, especially for the main house, but it totally worked. Already have been recommending it to other family members to check out. In the summer it has to be even better! (we are jealous)
