Great size house! Kitchen well stocked, plenty of space to entertain! Little dated but everything you need to have a great stay!

It’s not easy to find a nice place for a large group, this house was just right for it. We appreciated the large open kitchen area and big living room area, and multiple bathrooms. House has some quirky features, but provided all that we needed. With better weather, we definitely would have made use of the river access and outdoor space, we may have to go back. Great to have a quiet neighborhood but be only about 5 minutes drive to the downtown or grocery store.

My husband and I, his 91 yr old mother, our grown daughter, our grown son’s family (8) and another son and his family (3) stayed here for 4 nights to attend another son’s wedding. It was a great place for us to all gather together and spend family time. The house was very clean, welcoming, and all the windows made it so bright and cheery. We had a few minor issues but Quinn immediately remedied the issues! Quinn was also good at answering all our questions before booking and during our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed the toys, tree swing, fire for s’mores, kayaks, and the spacious yard and deck. Our granddaughters enjoyed playing the piano and the house was filled with beautiful music!! There was plenty of places to spread out to sleep, visit, read a book and enjoy this beautiful spacious old home. The kitchen was put to good use preparing meals and wonderful to cook in. We will definitely return on our visits to Maine! Only negative previous guest had broken pizza oven!

We had an incredible stay! Everything about the house, amenities, and location was exactly as described. It was a perfect place to vacation with our family. Quinn & Katya we’re very responsive and helpful with local things to do. The grandkids enjoyed the yard, dock and swings. I would have to agree with other reviews there are a few things that could use some tlc. We did use the basement bedroom, the only comment from our kids was it was a little musty.
