The house and location exceeded our expectations. The house was very spacious and clean. The views of the water from the yard, deck and sitting areas were great. We had four adults, two children and two dogs in our party. There was room to spread out and never feel crowed. We had kayaks and launched from the property easily. The frog pond was hit with my granddaughter. I would recommend this house for a great vacation.
The house was great - just as advertised. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing. Lots of great views of the water from inside and outside. There is a spring at the main road where you can fill up jugs with spring water. The only downside is that you could only really swim at high tide because the waterfront is mostly mud. Would definately recommend.
The hosts were professional and responsive before our stay. The location is beautiful. The home is roomy and well appointed, and feels like a modern coastal retreat. Super comfortable king beds and a large dining table are perfect for larger gatherings. We had six adults and two teenagers, and the house never felt crowded. The kitchen is well appointed and made cooking big dinners a pleasure. I would definitely highly recommend this house!
My family and I travel a great deal and rent a home once or twice a year through AirBnB. This was my first time booking with SummerMaine and it will not be my last! I’ve perused their properties many time in the past and finally bit the bullet this summer. While the cost of the week was more than some of the other homes we’ve rented - the home, amenities, and service received were well worth the price. The location was ideal and the team at SummerMaine was extremely responsive to our needs. As a result, our week was one we’ll remember for a lifetime. Thank you!
