Welcome to our spacious duplex, perfect for large groups/ families. You will feel right at home enjoying the space and privacy both sides of this duplex offer. Each unit has 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths for a total of 8 brs. 16 guests can comfortably sleep & get ready- ideal for accommodating everyone! Both feature an open floor plan w/ stylish living room, dining area & fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located to Charlotte's hot spots - Uptown, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, & South End are just minutes away! Each unit has an identical layout, they're just flipped on either side of the garage. As you walk through the front door, you enter the living room with a plush sectional sofa, beautiful accent chairs and tables, and a large TV equipped with Netflix and other streaming services. Walk through the living room to the dining area for 6 and then enter into the roomy kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay including A drip coffee maker, a fridge and freezer with ice maker, an electric stove, oven, and microwave. You’ll also have the convenience of a half bathroom on the first floor, and access to the 2 car garage. Walk up the stairs to the entirely carpeted second floor. A large landing connects all four of the rooms upstairs, and this is where you’ll find a jumbo Connect 4 game on one side for some fun during your stay! Bedroom 1 is fitted with a full size daybed (sleeps 2) and a closet. The laundry room includes a washer/dryer for guests. Upstairs, you’ll also find full bath with a tub and shower, Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a queen size bed (each sleeping 2) and closet. Bedroom 4 is the spacious owner’s suite is fitted with a king size bed (sleeps 2) and an on-suite bathroom. This attached bath includes a stand-alone shower, a soaking tub, and private toilet room. Finally, off of the bathroom is a huge walk in closet where you’ll find our fully-equipped office space (desk, chair, computer) - yes, the closet is so big that we made it an office! This closet is also the perfect place to set up our pack-n-play for your little one! You’ll be blown away by the space, comfort and decor of this home!
