The whole family loved Leianne’s farmhouse! It is so cozy and beautifully decorated. Leianne was a pleasure to communicate with. We would highly recommend her home to anyone in the area. We will be back!

Had the good fortune to choose Leainne's super cool labor of love for an overnight visit to Warren. I love that she tells the story of this wonderfully charming and inviting space... you can't help but to love and appreciate the eclectic decor. And if the awesome vibe wasn't enough, the homemade toffee and sweet note sitting in the frig and the burning wood stove sealed the deal! Those (and other) special touches and the great communications (including dinner recommendations) makes us want to return if we have a chance. Thanks, Leainne, for your wonderful hospitality and for opening your home to us!!

Such a unique and special place to stay.

Leianne was very friendly, when we arrived she was there putting extra room heaters in the upstairs bedrooms because of a storm to make sure we would have adequate heating. The wood fire stove in the living room was our best friend over the weekend though and was used everyday. The house itself was very charming and definitely a passion project as a renovation. There were only a small things here or there that were nothing too bad to handle, the shower water seemed to never reach past Luke warm but the bathtubs would get boiling, again nothing too bad, the only other thing was open gaps within the new ceiling and the attic space especially in the room in the upper left, we believe it was the reason for the flys and lady bugs who occupied the room with us, however it could always be worse. My friends and I constantly made jokes about “ thats farm life !” whenever we encountered any quirks as spoken of. Overall it was a comfortable stay, Leianne was very welcoming and we’d stay again.
