After a good night sleep, a homemade breakfast is offered every morning from 8am - 9:30am. Sundays we offer breakfast from 8am - 9:30am. This little Cottage is a full home set up designed for a long stay in the area or for a weekend getaway that is a truly a getaway stay. Its a king bedroom with a full bath, laundry room, kitchen and living space. There are two 55 inch TV's one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Unit has its own A/C and heating along with a fireplace. The unit is designed for 2 people however it can house 4 people with an air mattress that is in the room and all of its extra bedding is included in the room. It does have extra towels, pillows and bedding for the king bed as well. You are always invited to come to breakfast each morning in the kitchen of the BnB, you will also have full access of the property (fire pit, BBQ grill, patio and common areas in the BnB.)

This is up there on my list of favorite places to stay. It was easy to get to Bryce, and it’s close enough to Escalante that you could get there easily too. But my favorite was actually a state park recommended by the host- Kodachrome. And having breakfast included was amazing- pancakes and eggs cooked to order! There aren’t that many restaurants nearby, so we cooked, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Tiny freezer though- don’t buy a lot of frozen things! Overall very cozy, friendly, and convenient.
Clean and comfy
Happy Trails was an excellent place to stay for a visit to Bryce Canyon! Close to the park and a few restaurants in town open even during the winter. The cottage was easy to get into, private, very clean and nicely decorated. For a February visit , it was very cold inside on arrival. There isn’t central heat but we didn’t learn this until we asked if it was broken. There is a fire place and heater fans- it was totally fine once they kicked in and the owner gave us an extra one. Would just recommend turning them on prior to guests arriving. Breakfast was delicious every morning and it was a treat to get to know the owner while we ate. Loved our stay here! Would definitely come again.

This is the perfect base camp for a trip to Bryce Canyon National Park. It has everything you need. It’s super clean, comfortable bed, nice living room area, even good water pressure. We will definitely stay again next time we’re at Bryce.
