This was a great, spacious home with room for everyone. We had a few families stay together and it worked well. The house had ample bedrooms/beds. Multiple hot water heaters meant we all had warm showes after hiking in the red dirt all day. Kitchen has most essentials and plenty of plates/cups/silverware. Backyard is great with room for the kids to run and play. Rental is in a great location and is close to Bryce and other amazing outdoor adventures. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views off the back deck.

Very spacious home and conveniently located for our friends and family ATV trip to Boulder Mountain. This home was clean and able to accommodate a large group. While it only had three bathrooms, the vanities in each of the bedrooms were very helpful in managing the demand on the bathrooms. We would have liked to have a few more amenities like better pillows, some wine glasses and Saran Wrap which are helpful when staying at a home away from home, but overall, the home was a great value. We loved the view and really enjoyed our stay.

Considering that a cleaning charge was included, we expected the house to be cleaner. The baseboards were scuffed and dirty. The carpets were damaged and torn on the stairs going to the basement, and the ceiling fans had not been cleaned in a long while. They also pay a company that comes in and scents the home, but it’s not mentioned on the website, and we had people in our group that are highly allergic to perfumes and oils.
