We had our family of 12 together to celebrate a graduation in Cedar City. The house was perfect for us, especially since it rained most of the time we were there. With 3 young children to entertain, it was no problem! The arcade games, foosball table and ping pong table kept them entertained for hours and when the sun did peek out, the grassy backyard was perfect for kicking a soccer ball and jumping on the trampoline. The available board games were rather old and the batteries to UNO were dead but we had some of our own games. We loved having more than one gathering spot in the house so that we could spread out or choose to come together. Leanne was always responsive to my questions. We were so happy with our decision to spend a little more money for a great place!

Wonderful and well furnished home! This is our second time staying here. We love the layout and the is great for larger groups! I highly recommend this to anybody considering the house. Our group primarily used this location so we can ski at Brian Head which was an easy 30-40 minute drive from the home. Cedar City also has a great town with many choices to eat. We will definitely consider and probably stay here again!

This beautiful home was amazing and perfect for our immediate family reunion. the downstairs was designed and created with active kiddos in mind. When we werent snowboarding and playing in the snow, the kiddos were playing downstairs. We could hardly get them to come upstairs to eat! The kitchen was amazing and we were able to cook all our family meals with every pot, pan, & kitchen gadget you can think of. We even made strawberry milkshakes at midnight. 5 brothers and their families stayed here comfortably with all ages of kiddos from 6 month old babies to 17 year old teenagers. The host was amazingly sweet and awesome to work with. We higly recommend this home and will rent again when we come back.

The house is located in a new development outside of Cedar City, only a 40 minutes drive to reach Brian Head. The house was clean and large enough to fit even the biggest family. The kitchen was beautiful with a huge fridge, double ovens, and a center griddle on the stove. The only issue that I ran into was that the hot tub wasn’t operational. When the host was informed of the issue she had someone come out but unfortunately it still did not work. It bummed me out because I filtered all the available homes with hot tubs and chose this one. But nonetheless we had a great time.
