Title: Perfect Stay for Families and Snowboard Enthusiasts Our recent stay surpassed all expectations! The property was the epitome of cleanliness and matched its description to a tee, making it an excellent choice for families or groups. Its proximity to BrianHead was ideal for our snowboarding adventure with the kids. The spacious garage deserves a special mention for effortlessly accommodating an SUV with a Yakima skybox, which was a huge plus. The convenience and comfort have firmly established this place on our go-to list for future family and friends' getaways. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our group and had more than enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house has a swamp cooler that makes for inconsistent temperatures throughout the house. But most, if not all, rooms had a fan to keep air circulating. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, the spaciousness and the amenities available for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked which was a nice surprise when we had to feed a massive amount of hungry people! Thanks, Lynette!

This was perfect for our volleyball team. Everyone had a comfortable room and it was close to the College. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower and kitchen and dining was perfect for getting everyone fed.

such a great place to stay. our girls high school basketball team came down for the state tournament and the house was perfect for us. The beds and furniture were nice, kitchen was great for our meals. The team and coaches had a blast playing ping pong during our downtime. Lynette and her husband were great and went out of their way to make this a great experience. Definitely would stay again when we come back down!!
