This home is ideal for family gatherings. Please, no parties or team events. It is built on the southwest of town with beautiful mountain views. On-site parking will accommodate 5 cars. Buses are not permitted.
Close to shopping, restaurants, parks, golf and movie theater. Approximately 7 minutes to downtown Cedar City, and 45 minutes to Brian Head, Zion National Park, and Duck Creek depending on weather.
