Gorgeous view. And I could hear the ocean from master bed at night. Great location for what we were looking for. Minimally stocked (no dish towels, no laundry soap, no conditioner *only cheap shampoo and body soap dispensers, etc). The Krystal Grand has nice amenities that we didn't use because, as described, you cannot purchase food or drink due to the resort being all-inclusive. We were hardly there and spent most of our time exploring San Lucas and San Jose.. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Easy to check in/out. And they let us check in early, and out an hour late. Hot water heater wasn't on when we arrived but having traveled before, we knew to reset it. Water temp was a bit finicky.. Shower drain was clogged first time using, but when I reported it, they sent someone to fix it immediately. Would stay again if nothing more affordable makes more sense for us when we return. se perdió la argolla de matrimonio de mi esposo además los de mantenimiento podían entran sin que estuvieras en la habitación y no era muy seguro sentí

Buen día, La ubicación es algo complicada de llegar cuando vas por primera vez ya que tienes que hacer check in en el lobby de otra torre, llegue a recepción y ni siquiera tenían mi reservación, el muchacho me tuvo como una hora ahí que tenia que venir el anfitrión conmigo si no no me darían las pulseras… llame como 20 veces al anfitrión y nunca me contesto… hasta que llego el encargado y por fin la pudo encontrar… El anuncio de el alojamiento dice es un lugar “moderno” para nada es moderno ni lujoso, es un lugar austero. El lugar esta pegado a la carretera entonces es demasiado ruidoso! Salimos a cenar algo y cuando volvimos no servia la chapa con código, duramos 20 minutos intentando, llamamos al anfitrión y nunca contesto… hasta que por fin, después de intentar e intentar logramos abrir la puerta, necesitan arreglar eso…. En fin, no recomiendo el lugar… podrían encontrar algo mejor all inclusive por el mismo precio.
