Our modern studio apartment is located in Maho. This fourth-floor penthouse studio is perfect for those looking to stay in the best area of the island, just a few minutes walk away from a great assortment of the island’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife as well as a brand new padel court. The building includes a laundry room, gym, pool, volleyball court and a convenience store as well as pizzeria. This studio will make you feel right at home, on the fourth level of a modern condo building. The kitchen comes with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and ellectric hot plate with pots and pans for cooking. There’s a queen-size bed a Smart TV so you can login to your Netflix or use YouTube. You’ll find a large closet which will easily fit all your vacation gear. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace lounge chair while looking at the ocean.

Well, what to say about this place ? First the location. It is walking distance to everything. Within 5min walk, supermarket, beaches, restaurants, shopping, nightlife etc. Second, the studio is the perfect size for a couple and all the amenities are there; pool, gym, bakery etc. But most importantly, the host. We were there the 1st week of January and not sure what was available or closed or not and the host was an amazing help. She literally responded within minutes at each and every request…even on New Year’s Eve. I know, on Airbnb, there is quite a few listings for similar studios in the same complex, but do yourself a favor and book with Tabatha and her hubby.
Location is great and has lovely restaurants and nightlife nearby on the Maho strip. The building has a small convenience store which is extremely convenient and a great pool and gym. Tabatha is an excellent host who was very helpful and flexible. Her new studio was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting the island. It was clean, calm and had everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation. Thank you!

You will be staying in Maho, which is the most central location of the island. Less than 5 minutes walk away you can enjoy the islands best restaurants & night clubs. If you love sushi, Alina is your go to. Craving French food? Try Montmartre. If you’d like some good steaks, go to JAX.
Like padel and soccer? There’s a brand new court just 3 mins away by feet.
You can also walk 10 mins to the most beautiful beach of Mullet bay or go plane spotting at Sunset beach bar and Maho beach.
Everything you want including a pharmacy and large supermarket is right down the road.
There is no better location than where our apartment is! You have everything from nightclubs, restaurants, bars, grocery store, beach, shopping and possibly anything you can think of are literally down the street.
You won’t need a car if you are in our area and are not afraid of a little exercise. If you do want to go further away there is a bus stop and taxis right at the end of the street. If you want to rent a car, you will find free parking all around the complex.
