Overall, we enjoyed the home. While it was clean & matched listing, it was lacking ease of use &elegance perceived by images provided in listing. Furniture felt like it was purchased from a second hand store. 4 of 5 beds were very uncomfortable. Items not available: cookie sheets (which we bought & left at home) and a pizza cutter. When listing indicated tenants are responsible for purchasing ALL items (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) believe it! There wasn't even any salt & pepper! Some pool pavers were loose causing some of us to trip. We paid for heated pool but it was not heated until the 4th full day. Angie was super responsive and refunded half the $. Angie's check-in info covers parking rules. Pay particular attention! Our vehicle crossed the line into the sidewalk about 2". We got towed during the night without notice. We thought it was stolen. We often saw tow truck waiting to drive through the neighborhood after 4pm. Don't park on street to unload your items!

This home was absolutely stunning! The host was extremely helpful and kind. the house looked exactly like the pictures and better there was plenty of space for me and my boyfriend and our friends, the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The home was also extremely clean and easy to find. I will 100% be back!

The house could be perfect as far as location and size. However, my husband arrived at midnight the night before after a work conference, and I arrived the next day with our children late at night. Around 11 pm I took out extra blankets for everyone and noticed the sheets on the bed had pen and/or makeup stains on them, and the extra comforter had a DISGUSTING white stain (enough said) on it. There was a very light dust cover on the bed, so we needed the extra blanket and obviously couldn’t use it. I messaged her and she basically said too bad, the linens were clean and you messaged too late. On top of that the garbage disposal was clogged and smelly, and the ice maker and water filter were both broken. She sent someone to “fix” the filter. All that happened was the filter was replaced and the water and ice never did work. Contacted them, no help. Lastly, it was our 5 year olds birthday and first time to the beach and he left a shark tooth necklace behind and they won’t reply.
