The townhouse was convenient to UNCW. And clean and Well staged/ furnished. It is the most well kept property of the 4 units. The master bed is a mattress on a metal frame that makes a lot of noise- the beds in the other rooms are much more comfortable. The neighbors have a large dog that barks often. As a guest you are required to clean and set up the outside space if you wish to use. The yard is maintained by someone else so might not be mowed or groomed for you to enjoy the outside space.

Very clean and had welcoming extras such as coffee, Q tips, and feminine products. Beds were very comfortable! Great stay!

We had to book a last minute trip and Tammy quickly accepted our request which was a great relief. The house was a tad tricky to find the first time, as it is a bit tucked away from the road. But once you know, it is not an issue. The inside was clean and cozy and matched the pictures and description provided. It is also in a great location. The only issue we encountered was the key pad to the door not working properly, but you contact the host to help.
