A wonderful short stay in this delightful cottage set in quiet countryside. Carol gave lots of advice re walks and places to eat of which there are plenty. The nearby Ostrich Inn was great. The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a log fire. Nice to have two bathrooms , even though one is small. Highly recommend .

Carol’s cosy little cottage is really well placed to enjoy all the amenities of the Forest of Dean. The house has all you need provided within and feels very homily (taller people may need to watch out for some low doors…). Carol is a super friendly host and ensured everything was as it should be for our short stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Badger Cottage,Carol couldn't have been more helpful, beautiful setting and lovely gardens and woodland. plenty of dog friendly restaurants/pubs in the area. Found lots of very good dog walks in the area too. Would definitely go back again.
