The home was clean and spacious. Well stocked with all necessities to get you through the first night. Beds were really comfortable with fresh linens. Minor fixtures that fell apart at the touch such as curtain rod in one of bedrooms, one of kitchen cabinets and the arm to one of the chairs. One of the dishwashers had a leak but luckily there are two in this property. Outside of minor things overall great stay and I would book again with this host.
Owner is taking money from each tenant she charged me 1700 for dirty sheets
The Home Was Located In The Encore Resort Area which is a great neighborhood. When we got to the property around 7PM for check in, the lock code given did not work so we had to contact the host and they had to let us into the property. Check In instructions were not clear at all. The neighbors had to assist. Fast forward to when we got into the property the home was beautiful and matched the photos online. Our vacation consisted of 4 Families coming together so tv is a must to have for the kids to relax and unwind. They were upset because the weather stopped us from using the pool so this home had no tv access for any room. The Wi-Fi in the home was not working which seems it caused the TVs to not work at all. There was a few bugs in the kitchen area. But we were really upset because we paid a lot of monies to enjoy the home for Christmas holiday and the kids couldn’t wait to leave to get back home. One of our cars were towed by the association for our tire touching an inch of the side
