Views, views, views! This lovely Vermont home is centrally located and close to everything a group needs for a fantastic vacation. Enjoy total privacy and 270 degree mountain views. Minutes to Bromley, Magic, and Stratton, and the quaint town of Londonderry. Manchester, offering fine dining, great shopping, golfing, and more, is also a short drive away. The home is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to make some memories. Several family rooms, a game room and plenty more. Four bedrooms are spread on three floors and can sleep up to 15 guests, with 3 bathrooms one on each floor. All bedrooms have incredible mountain views and easy access to a bathroom, and we provide fresh towels and linens for every stay. Two very cozy family rooms on the main floor are great places for entertainment and gatherings of friends and family. Enjoy wood fireplaces and TV’s that each has to offer. There are two decks of each of the family rooms with incredible views of the mountains. On the main floor is a full-stocked kitchen, with great appliances that the group’s chef will love, and plenty of silverware and plate ware for the house. All you need to do is bring the food! The dining room table seats up to eight, and there is a wood fireplace in the family room that will keep the area nice and toasty. The game room on the lower level, with original arcade games, bowling game machine, TV, a table for board games or playing your favorite card games, fire stove with plenty of firewood. It is a great place to relax after a day on the mountains, playing games while watching the game on TV. Out back is a very nice stone gazebo, with a fireplace and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying those beautiful Vermont days and nights, grilling your perfect BBQ and enjoying the fireplace. The fireplace is huge, you are welcome to burn any downed trees and branches you find on the property. The property has a back up generator that powers the entire house in the event we have a power outage.

Dmitry's place was AMAZING!! There was a group of about 10 and we didn't feel overcrowded at all. Our intention was to come and reconnect with one another. We loved how homey the place felt and even if we forgot something, we were able to supplement with whatever was available. I can confidently say I will definitely come back to this home again if the opportunity presents itself. The beds were comfortable and clean, and we have no complaints what so ever!! 4 out of 5 We visited Dmitry's house for a ski trip in early February. The location is close to several ski resorts in the area: approx. 30-45 mins from Okemo, 30-45 mins from Stratton, 1 hour from Killington. The house itself was well decorated, well stocked and large enough to accommodate my group of fifteen (15). The view from the balcony captures a full view of the surrounding mountains. There were also plenty of amenities including working fireplaces and pinball machines. While the house was generally clean, we found evidence of mice including mouse droppings, leaves and twigs in the downstairs bedrooms. We've notified the host who advised that they were previously unaware of the issue given how new their listing is. Hopefully they get an exterminator to address the issue. Pros: - Rustic, "ole timey" decor - Good location - Well stocked with towels, toiletries, and cooking tools. Cons: - Mouse droppings downstairs - Getting there can be difficult due to unpaved roads

One of the best features for winter renters is that the home is located in between three of the best mountains in Southern Vermont—Bromley, Stratton and Magic Mountain. Two excellent cross-country skiing centers, Wild Wings and Viking Nordic, are in the area as well. There are also options for snowmobiling. If this is not enough, Manchester and its surrounding areas offer several unique and unforgettable sleigh ride experiences, including dogsledding.
In the summer enjoy numerous hiking or cycling opportunities nearby. Bromley Sun Mountain Summer Park offers family adventures for the whole day of fun including New England’s longest zipline, Vermont’s longest water-slide raft ride, America’s longest triple-track Alpine Slide, climbing walls, mini-golf and much more. Stratton, Magic and Manchester have great golf courses as well. Fishers can purchase their license in town and pick up the Vermont Fishing Guide to find the hottest places to cast a line.
If you are looking for the small-town Vermont experience, the villages of South Londonderry and Londonderry are minutes away. Grab an incredible sandwich at The Corner Market Deli in South Londonderry, or grab a pint at The New American Grille in Londonderry. These small towns are fun to explore, with roadside farmer’s stands for the best produce you can imagine, small quaint shoppes to support local artists, and more.
The historic town of Manchester is only 25 minutes away. There you can enjoy many fine restaurants. You may also visit the highly rated Equinox Golf Resort and Spa in the center of town which offers a wide range of activities: Land Rover Experience Driving School offers full day of off-road driving instructions on the 80-acre purpose-built course. Green Mountain Falconry School offers a rare opportunity to handle a trained hawk. Orvis Fly Fishing School will show you how to best set up, select your fly, tie knots and more on fully stocked casting ponds and the Battenkill River. Orvis Shooting School offers beginning and experienced shooters new techniques based on the English Churchill technique. The complete shooting system is applicable to upland hunting, waterfowling, and sporting clays.
The Dorset Summer Theatre Festival, Vermont Horse Show and Southern Vermont Art Center are nearby.
