Beautiful house and sauna, beautiful surroundings, friendly host.

We booked Grafton Chateau for a family birthday celebration/getaway and could not have been happier with our stay. The house is situated at the end of a long country road and is therefore very private and perfectly set up for larger groups like ours. We found the kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked with any items we might have needed (including toys, dishes and a high chair for our toddler - a huge plus!). We weren’t sure what March would bring, but lucked in to 18” of snow on our second day, allowing us to make full use of the fireplace, sauna, awesome sledding hill, zip line, and even a bonus day of skiing at Magic Mountain about 30 min away. Raphael was very responsive and helped with our questions - including contacting the snowplow to clear the driveway before the snow had let up. Overall, a wonderful family trip!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our father's 80th birthday at this beautiful property. Perfect for a family gathering, including ours with people from 11 to 80 years old.

This was a FANTASTIC house and stay for a large group. We had 10 adults, 3 toddlers, 2 babies and 3 dogs. The house has plenty of large bathrooms and a mix of bedrooms. The downstairs open floor plan was fantastic to always be within the action and the playroom was great for our toddlers. The entire property is peaceful and beautiful. We used the fire pit, smoker and I cannot forget to mention the wonderful sauna. I would highly recommend for large groups and we cannot wait to be back in the warmer months to swim in the pond!
