Food Delivery: Food Panda and Grab Food For Groceries: Pandamart (food panda app), Grab pabili (Grab app) and we also have local errand riders. Sari sari store walking distance with basic needs, beers, drinks etc. Security: 24/7 CCTV. No curfews, you will be given copies of keys so you can enter the property at your own convenience. Cleaning Fee: Cleaning fee is EXCLUDED, we do not charge a cleaning fee, but we strictly enforce, a CLAYGO (clean as you go) policy. CLAYGO is implemented for kitchen and dining areas inside the unit and on our rooftop. You may opt to pay a cleaning fee of P2,000 if you do not wish to clean as you go inside your unit.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights from March 28 to 30 at Serai Rentals, and it was an amazing experience. The place was cozy and perfect for my family. The unit had everything we needed, from a complete kitchen with appliances like a stove, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator to even dish soap. They also provided complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather. The bathroom was impressive, with a good shower and heater, and hot and cold water in the sinks. The spacious room and large TV made it feel like home. The caretaker's customer service was exceptional, and they were very responsive on Airbnb chat. Overall, our experience was beyond perfect, and I would rate it 1000000/10. I'll definitely be returning to book with them again.
Lian’s place is so fresh and clean, spotless! Parking is provided. Lian is very responsive and made sure all our concerns were being addressed to, thanks to his caretaker.
Liyan's place was beautiful! Very clean the moment you get in, and had everything ready just as describes. Prior to check-in, they had carefully indicated the details so that the process would be smooth. Getting there was a bit tough since its located in a quieter private area of baguio, which was fine since we had a car. They were responsive whenever we had concerns, and were quick to react whenever we had requested some things. Overall a great experience, highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful place in Baguio :)

This is a residential neighborhood near a popular exclusive condominium. One of the few places in Baguio that is quiet and peaceful with mountain views in the morning and magical city lights at night.
You are reserved 1 parking spot, but you may also take the jeepney or taxi. Taxi's in Baguio are known to be honest, so you will not have to worry about your safety.
