The epicenter of the holiday home, is the large kitchen combined living room, furnished with a grand and modern kitchen interior design, lovely dining room area with plenty of space around the table and a cozy sitting room area with a large sectional corner sofa, room for everyone plus a wall hanged flatscreen TV. From the kitchen is direct access to the holiday homes large sunshade covered terrace furnished with garden furniture’s, sunbeds plus a barbecue. After a wonderful day at the beach, or after exploring some of Skagen’s many highlights, the terrace is the place to relax with a chilled glass of white wine and steaks on the barbecue. The long light summer evenings are often spent outdoors, also blue hours after the sun has gone down. The holiday home comes with four bright beautiful bedrooms. Tre of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 x 90x200cm bed seize/side by side) plus one bedroom with a ¾ bed seize. All bedrooms come with plenty of closet space. The holiday homes bathrooms are designed with separate shower, sink and toilet, and in the entrance hall, you’ll find the apartments wash central with washer and dryer. The holiday home offer abundance of light and welcoming atmosphere, which is a core line in the entire holiday apartment. For those of our guest's who's early morning raisers, options like a brisk morning walk or running jog in the small foliage forest are available. The forest is located opposite of the road. In close proximity of the holiday apartment there is tennis courts, and option to play at Skagen Tennis club’s facilities located on the opposites of `Byfogedskoven´, approx.. 500 meters away from the holiday home. Book a tennis court at your leisurely time and enjoy tennis exercises. On you return we can recommend freshly baked Rolls & Danish at Krage’s Bakery only 450 meters away from the holiday home. Should the theme of the day be about exploring cultural events & experiences, you must visit many of Skagen sightseeing points. The buried Church and `Grenen’, Denmark’s northern point, where the two seas meet – North Sea and the Baltic Sea. The Art Museum of Skagen, Anche’rs House and not the least The Coastal Historic open-air museum. The international known artist P.S. Krøyer’s residence located in the `Byforgedskoven’, however only open for public limited weeks of the year, yet worth visiting the half-timbered building. The Danish National Nature Agency use the bldg. for their administrative offices work, however, do welcome the public to explore the interior during a short period of time each summer. A short stroll from the holiday apartment, you’ll enjoy Skagen Harbor & Marina along with the iconic and protected red warehouse buildings by architect Bindesbøll. Today they are home to a variety of Skagen’s Fish restaurants such as Skagen Fiskerestaurant and Restaurant Pakhuset. A local brewed beer must be tasted at Skagen’s Brewery and where they are famously known for their brunch menus every Friday and Saturday afternoon with live music bands. PETS: Pets not allowed. GOOD TO KNOW: No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period. Private parking space for two cars max. Final cleaning can be ordered at our agency & purchased. Firm fee for electrician, water and heat usage. TV with TV2, Scandinavian – no German channels available. Barbecue available. Cleaning of the barbecue are not included in the rental fee, and at all times is the holiday guest responsibility (not incl. in final cleaning order).
