Located right off I-5 & Beltline, tucked in a quiet established neighborhood loop, no thru traffic. House sits on 1/3 acre with large backyard for games & BBQs, or simply relaxing by the firepit. Walk to a quiet, neighborhood park or drive just minutes to local shopping, restaurants, breweries, & outdoor recreation! This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, has been completely updated with many luxurious touches. Enjoy lots of natural light, large living and dining area, kitchen nook, coffee bar, game room, laundry, Wi-Fi, movies, games and photography highlighting some of Oregon’s most beautiful locations. Private driveway parking with separate graveled RV/boat parking. House sits on 1/3 acre with large private backyard with gazebo and fire pit, bench under the redwood, and sunset chairs. Kitchen has basic dining essentials including plates, bowls, tall and short drinking glasses, wine glasses/wine opener, coffee mugs, to-go cups, plastic plates/bowls for kids, flatware, cooking utensils, bakeware, crock pot, ceramic pan set, mixing bowl set, serving dishes, measuring cups/spoons, coffee/tea bar, cooking spices, and condiments. Garage game room with foosball table, dart board, smart TV (with Wi-Fi), leather reclining sofa, extra card table and PS3 game system. Living room has large sectional with additional chairs, reading options, games, puzzles, and smart TV with WiFi to stream your favorite apps. Home is centrally located, minutes from all that Eugene/ Springfield has to offer. Enjoy a short 1 block walk to a quiet, neighborhood park or drive just minutes to local shopping, restaurants, breweries, & outdoor recreation. Head west to Oregon wine country and Oregon beaches or east to the beautiful McKenzie River and the mountains! Home is just 0.3 miles from nearest bus stop allowing for easy transportation throughout town if needed. This home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds. Though our usual limit is 6 guests, exceptions may be made. Please discuss this with us prior to booking to ensure that accommodations can be made and are mutually agreed upon. Loved the place!
Liz and Derek were the perfect 5 Star hosts! I have stayed in multiple places in Eugene and Liz's place was far and away the best! If I could give it 10 stars I would! The home was immaculatly clean and all of the bedding and towels were fresh and appealing. As hosts they provied so many thoughful extras for their guest! You can tell how much pride they take in their home. From makeup wipes and shower caps, to a darling coffee bar and a basket of snacks, they anticipate anything their guests need ! The home is located only about 8 minutes away from University of Oregon and an easy drive or uber away. The neighborhood is lovely, peaceful , quite and felt extremely safe. The back yard was its own outdoor oasis, complete with a large firepit and gazebo ! As a 5 Star host myself, hosting over 498 stays in 6 properties and personally staying at over 26 different Airbnb's, Liz and Dereks hospitality and home have been the best! 5 Star doesn't say enough ! Book it you'll love it !
This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in as to date. Location is ideal for hospital visitation. Hosts are absolutely phenomenal, pretty much made me feel like family. The home is immaculate, basically new. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Words can not express how beautiful the home is, it is pristine. You couldn’t feel more at home, they covered a lot of details to ensure you feel welcomed and at home, they’ve outdone themselves.
The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, great living room and kitchen! We loved the decorations. Everything we needed, they had. I’m was glad they had power strips with USB chargers next to the beds. The neighborhood was very nice and private. The house is near many stores. Lots to do in Eugene. We will come back. I highly recommend staying at this home!

This is one of the best neighborhoods! Welcome back to American neighborhood block parties and neighbors who wave at everyone!! This is a quite established neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch program- everyone knows everyone! We have a wonderful neighborhood park, just a mere 3 min walk from the home with a play structure, sand pit and “Sandlot”-style outfield. We are very proud to live here, so much that we purchased a second home to share our wonderful neighborhood and town with the world!! Neighborhood is close to shopping, restaurants, breweries, wineries, sports venues (Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, PK Park), outdoor adventures, water sports, lakes, rivers, streams, fishing, camping, hiking, trails, running attractions and the Eugene Airport. Home is located on a closed loop, with no thru traffic. Please respect our wonderful neighbors and our quiet hours. Although our neighborhood is safe, please lock your car doors and all house windows and doors when you are not present. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Home is located 0.4 miles from nearest bus station for easy public transportation. We have private parking in driveway and on road in front of home. Graveled RV parking also on side of home. Home is centrally located, close to many amenities and attractions!
