Comfortable private property in Cahuita, with all the amenities for an unforgettable vacation, welcoming and spacious spaces, amidst a vast garden with a pool and BBQ. Located in a town that preserves its pristine charm with colorful Caribbean houses and a multicultural population, it is just 55 km from Limón Airport. It is a less crowded town than Puerto Viejo, but close enough at 15 km, to also explore the nightlife of the Caribbean if desired. In the tropical garden, the main house (160 sqm), the Bungalow (65 sqm), the Pool House - Ranchito, the saltwater pool (5m x 10m), and parking create a unique setting. The main house, designed in Balinese style, features a central area with an open kitchen, living room, and dining area. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms only. The Bungalow accommodates 4 people with two bedrooms with fans (NO A/C) one bath, a living room, an outdoor dining area, and a full kitchen. The Ranchito, adjacent to the pool, is an ideal space to spend the day with the group. Provides covered parking for one vehicle and an additional parking space in the open air. The saltwater pool, renovated in 2023, boasts spring water, UV purification, and ozone. The Ranchito includes an additional half bath for guest convenience. The property offers Wi-Fi, towels, and weekly cleaning for reservations of a week or more. Additional services like daily cleaning, breakfast, bike rentals, airport transportation, and excursion organization can be booked.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche ist gross und gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich und der Blick in den Garten ist absolut fantastisch! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und haben jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das Haus ist super geeignet für 2 Paare und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Der Garten ist traumhaft! Der Pool ist sauber und das "Poolhaus" mit Grillstelle und Liegestühle lädt absolut zum verweilen ein. Wir hatten leider etwas Wetterpech, aber wenns schön ist: geniesse dieses airbnb und beobachte im Garten: wir sahen im Pool liegend Tukane, Affen auf den Palmen und ein Faultier auf dem Baum! Der Aufenthalt war teuer, aber ich kann es nur empfehlen. (Ohne Auto läufst du ein Stück bis zum nächsten Supermarkt und Restaurant, zur Info)
Great house in the nature, perfect for having a nice relaxing trip. There were some issues with the internet that can be annoying but apart from that the house is amazing
This house is totally amazing. I would give it 6 stars out of 5. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Cahuita—look no further. The house itself is well appointed and perfect for a group. The grounds are lovingly cared for and bring a sense of expansiveness and tranquility. We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee to watch the birds, monkeys, and other wildlife. The saltwater pool was always an afternoon (or nighttime) draw for us and the poolside cabana was the perfect place to grill up a big meal for our entire family. Our host Zinni was friendly, responsive and always considerate. When there was a question or a need, the response was fast and someone quickly appeared onsite to help. Otherwise we were left in total peace. This house really made our vacation in Cahuita a special one. 100% recommended.

On the outskirts of the village, our property is situated in a quiet environment at the end of a dead-end street, free from traffic. Neighboring properties are occupied by owners and tenants. The proximity to the national park (approximately 200 m in a straight line) provides protection against further development and undoubtedly includes the morning chorus of howler monkeys.
The walk to the entrance of the national park intersection, the supermarket, and the numerous restaurants and small shops that follow is about 15 minutes, though it is faster by bicycle. The path from the property to the center even has street lighting, making it easily usable even at night when there is sufficient light. Due to the property's location in a dead-end street, you continue straight ahead to the "Corredor Caribe." There, you turn right for about 100 m parallel to the road and then take the next right again. At the end, you'll find the center of Cahuita.
Explore the charming Cahuita area with ease from our property. Our unique location on the outskirts of the village provides tranquility and convenient access to local attractions. Here are some suggestions on how to get around the area:
1. On foot: Enjoy a pleasant stroll to the entrance of the national park, the supermarket, and the numerous restaurants and shops that follow, all just about 15 minutes away. Ideal for exploring the authenticity of the place!
2. By bike: Speed up your exploration by using rented bicycles. The short distance to the center and the presence of bike lanes make this a fast and eco-friendly mode of transportation.
3. Caribbean Corridor: Discover local authenticity by following the "Caribbean Corridor." Turn right for about 100 meters parallel to the road and then take the next right. At the end, you'll find the bustling center of Cahuita, full of life and local culture.
4. Public transportation: If you prefer a more local experience, you can use the available public transportation in the area to explore the surroundings of Cahuita.
