Marygin is a superb host. She was incredibly helpful and generous. She was easily reachable and responded with maximal efficiency. The place was tidy, well cleaned and an assortment of amenities. I strongly recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

buses with 2 digit number and 3 digit number only behind my building which is going around uae there route.. clear to capital bus station going to dubai...near to mushrif mall and alwadha mall everyone who decide to walk can walk takes 10mins there's hospital that can walk and free parking to NMC hospital ...barber shop is down coffee shop restaurant baqala only down typing center only down ATM only down laundry only down... church like catholic orthodocs and mosque only crossed the road in the opposite side can walked for 5mins...its a nice place to stay everything is accessible...building is clean and my flat is clean..and all kitchen utensils are provided
guest can access everything...and buses not even one minute to walked..
