Perched just minutes above the rugged Kona coastline sits our modern vacation home boasting panoramic ocean views and some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Your private modern retreat features a full kitchen, well-appointed living room, plush king bed with quality linens, large 4K TV's, and a stunning outdoor dining area with 180-degree sunsets. Downstairs you will find a communal game room with XL bean bags, hammocks, 65-in 4K TV, ping pong, corn hole, darts, and a giant Connect4 The guest space features a king bed, and 2 convertible chair beds with mattress toppers for added comfort. We provide all the necessary linens and duvets to make these beds extra comfortable. If guests would like an additional traditional bed, a downstairs unit with private bathroom and full king bed is available for an additional cost. Please contact me with questions if interested. The game space downstairs is a communal space shared with the other guests downstairs, when rented.

Lovely stay
This house was great and Ryan was fantastic.
Ryan's place was ideally located in the cool zone. 10 degrees difference from Kona. Wonderful location to experience the west coast. Quick hour and a half to Hilo over the saddle road.
There was a broken pipe that flooded our whole upper floor. We had to clean it up and dry everything out. It also dripped through the next level into the other renters place and the game room. Bad deal.We lost two days of our vacation. It was advertised as a private residence. Not! It is shared. The other two couples were mislead as well.. There is a leak in the ceiling in the bedroom when it rains hard as well. Towels required. Black mold.
This place was great for our couple stay on the Big Island. The place was airy and light. The recreation section downstairs was enjoyable. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We would stay again.

My name is Ryan, I was born and raised in Newport Beach, CA and now live in Cathedral City, CA (outside Palm Springs). I own a residential real estate brokerage, and a few vacation rental homes which I also manage. I take great pride in my guests’ satisfaction, and love managing my homes! I am currently working on my MBA from Babson College. My hobbies include gym, tennis, wine, cooking, and board games. I use AirBnB both to host guests at my vacation homes, as well as travel the US and across the world. I have visited over 30 countries, every continent (other than Antarctica), and am still amazed finding fabulous places I haven’t been before.
