Still fairly new and needs major upgrades. Kitchen utensils are limited. There is no microwave. The assistants speak Portuguese and it’s hard to communicate at times. There are no mops in the rooms. WiFi trips and you will not be informed about a secondary connection. You have to wait for the assistants to open the gate for you and sometimes take long!

Maria’s place was as is in pictures. However, they have terrible wifi so guests should probably have their own wifi plan as well as Netflix log in details. The rooms have thin walls so you can hear the other guests when they are awake and if they have children you will hear them playing outside so sleep may be interrupted. Otherwise it was an overall good stay even though still being under construction.
