What a magnificent place to stay-a most lux experience ever! Quality fittings and everything you could possibly want to make our stay feel special! How Belinda and Mike have bought this majestic building back to life, is a credit to them. Majestic yet homey! It was very homey to curl up on the couch in the lounge with the fire. The beds were so comfortable! I would love to come back and stay again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

During my recent stay at this exquisite Airbnb, I was truly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail in every corner of the space. The host, Belinda, was a delight to communicate with - she was informative, responsive to our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The seamless blend of old world charm and modern decor was a true testament to Belinda's impeccable taste and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere for her guests. I cannot recommend this stunningly renovated Airbnb enough, especially for those looking for a unique and luxurious experience in a great central town location.

Walk down the stairs and immerse yourself into the heart of Glen Innes. The parks, supermarkets, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, local pubs, retail shops, ice creamery, bakeries, and several antiques shops are at your doorstep. The visitor information centre is at your back door.
The Town Hall clock is heard to chime on the hour from your apartment.
Walk around CBD and enjoy staying in this historical building. Stroll to the Visitors information centre just behind the building. Parking is secure in the back garden off the town's CBD parking area, as well as easy street parking at the front entrance. Close access (40 metres) to the electric car recharging station. A car is needed to see the sights of Glen Innes including the Celtic Standing Stones and the surrounding National Parks.

Mike and I live in Glen Innes just on the edge of town. We purchased the old Westpac bank in May 2023 and lovingly restored the upstairs managers residence. We love to travel and when doing so look for historic places and period houses to stay in. We hope that you will enjoy The Counting House as much as we have enjoyed presenting it to you all.
