We stayed for 2 weeks and the unit met our needs. Small things like additional cutlery and plates would have been nice but we ended up just purchasing disposable and using that for our stay. Only real complaint would be that the unit could use a good clean. Having kids we checked under the beds, furniture, etc to make sure nothing was left behind and we found a fair amount of trash and items left behind from previous stays. Location was great and the proximity to south mountain was a pleasant surprise not being familiar with the area. Kids had a blast in the pool!

Place was just what we needed for an early flight from Sky Harbor. Arrived after a long day and past our five year old’s bedtime. Key was not in lockbox per instructions provided delaying our entry into the unit.

The location was great and it was exactly as described. We had a problem with the key to get in but Brandi was able to come and let us in. Also, there were only 3 towels and 5 of each plate, fork, spoon, knife, etc. With 4 of us staying there, it would’ve been nice to have some extra towels and kitchenware. Overall, it was a great location close to the airport and was worth what we paid for!

Brandi’s condo was very much as advertised—clean, reasonably priced, convenient location. Brandi was easy to communicate with and helpful when contacted regarding a minor problem which we had and which was quickly resolved. The only caution I would point out is that the condo has 2 levels with the bedrooms on the second floor. The stairway is rather steep and presents a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Seniors in particular considering this location need to be aware of that fact. Other than that consideration, I would highly endorse Brandi’s condo to potential AirBnB renters.

Great place I wish I could have stay longer maybe in the next trip. Very responsible host. Totally recommended super close to center of Phoenix and airport.
